What does the tour include?
The tour includes all hotel accommodations with breakfast, all transfers, all activities described in the itinerary, and the welcome and farewell dinners.
What is not included in the tour?
The tour does not include airfare, the mandatory medical insurance required to enter Europe, or lunches and dinners (except for the welcome and farewell dinners).
How do we get around?
Transfers are provided in vans that seat 8 or 9 passengers.
If I don't want to drive, does the price of the tour change?
No, it doesn't change, since the activities are booked as a package. If you don't drive, you can choose to ride along with a professional driver or give your turns to another participant.
If I'm accompanying someone, can I choose which activities to do?
Yes, but it doesn't change the price of the tour.
Can I join the tour partway through?
For logistical reasons, we usually don't, but we can consider it on a case-by-case basis.
Can I customize the trip?
On our regular tours, yes, through the upgrades we offer for each activity. To customize the itinerary and enjoy a 100% personalized experience, you must book an exclusive tour for your private group.
Are there any discounts available for the trip?
Yes, if you book six months in advance, you’ll receive a 5% discount. We also offer special rates for private groups.
How much will I spend on meals?
We recommend budgeting about 50 euros per day for lunch and dinner.
Will someone pick me up at the airport?
Yes, all transfers are included.
What language is the tour conducted in?
The tour is in Spanish. Only some of the factory tours may be in English.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
You don't need to bring a helmet. We'll provide one for you.
Are the cars we drive on the track insured?
The cars come with standard insurance. You can optionally upgrade your coverage.
What kind of driver's license do I need?
Standard vehicle registration issued by your country.
International registration is only required if the tour includes driving on public roads. It is not required for track driving.
Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in the tour?
No, but children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please check in each case.
